This is a quick course to hit the highlights and get your ready to start. You'll meet your Ref Admin Team and the seasoned instructors and mentors we are lucky to have here in Region 89. Please join us!

Why? We need more referees on the field to cover our matches in La Mesa. PLEASE PITCH In. If we do not have enough referees, we'll have scrimmages (that don't count toward standings). Referees are here to make the games safe, fun, and fair. We are an all-volunteer team and we need your help.

Who?  NO prior knowledge of soccer is required. So, anyone can participate. Youths (12 and above) and teens make great referees! They can earn points just like anyone, and they also get community service toward high school or college applications! Send your teen!
