In order to receive a refund, the Regional Commissioner must receive notification of a player’s resignation from the league by a registered contact listed on the account that registered the player(s). Refund requests cannot be submitted by a Coach on behalf of the account contact(s). All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing. Please read below for specific refund stipulations.
Refund Policy for La Mesa AYSO Region 89
1. The Regional Commissioner must receive notification of a player’s resignation from the league. All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing or email.
2. National Player Fees ($25) are only refundable until a player participates in their first AYSO Event for that season (practice or game).
3. Regional Fees include the cost of a Uniform and a Soccer Ball. If the request for a refund comes before these are ordered by the Region, then a full refund is possible. If either of these items have been ordered, then the cost will be reduced from the refund. Families will still have the right to collect these items, if they so choose, until the first game of the season commences. After the first game of the season, if no request has been received to collect these items, they will be considered donated to AYSO La Mesa.
There will be NO REFUNDS after the first game is played.
All refund requests can be made in writing by mail to the above address on the top of the refund request form, or by emailing [email protected]. Electronic refunds shall be issued back to account registering the respective player(s) for Regional Fees. National Fees will be refunded by check to the address on file for the account registering the respective players.
